2012 Politicking at St. James Fair

The 2012 Presidential Campaign season has apparently begun here in Woodstock. Campaign workers from Boston populated the St. James Fair today asking for signatures in order to get their candidate, Mitt Romney, listed on Vermont’s presidential ballot.

Using good old-fashioned salesmanship skills, the campaign workers told people they weren’t endorsing the candidate, just helping to make the field a broader one. They also encouraged people to sign their petition so they could go home sooner.

Romney’s father was Governor of Michigan. Romney, a Republican,  was a one-term governor of Massachusetts.  www.mittromney.com
