Apparently if long-haired Chihuahua is seen, just call the number on the sign. It sounds as if the “shy” pup may be, um, not too friendly either. Indication? “DO NOT APPROACH”
Wearing yellow scarf. Very dapper. The color of Carmel, California. Actually, we think CARAMEL colored.

“SHY” dog has returned and has reunited with her mom! She is now safe and sound at home. Shy was rescued from an abusive situation in Hardwick VT nearly 3 months ago by VVSA Humane Society and has made tremendous strides thanks to the TLC she now receives!
