Need Pick-Up Trucks to Transport Water

Update: Rep. Alison Clarkson is helping coordinate a water delivery effort. South Woodstock’s Chip Kendall has brought in a tanker truck of water and it is being off-loaded into smaller containers to be put on trucks. Volunteers are going neighborhood by neighborhood but ask that you have your own containers ready to off-load the truck water.

NOTE: THE WATER BEING DELIVERED NEEDS TO BE BOILED AT LEAST FIVE MINUTES IF NOT LONGER. THIS WATER IS COMING FROM DREER SPRING. IT IS CLEAR BUT NOT NECESSARILY FREE OF MICROBES.

Early Bird is at the Woodstock Elementary School where there is plenty of water and volunteers…but only two trucks.

Volunteers and water ready to go. However, Town officials are asking for anyone with pick-up trucks to come by to assist

Not my call. Entirely up to you.
