Good Morning Early Birds,
New England Cable News is here in Woodstock (or was last night). I’ll have more as the morning progresses. Right now a couple of news sources you may not yet have tapped into for very good information about the rest of Vermont:
www.VTdigger.org — This a non-for-profit enterprise — supported in part by the Vermont Journalism Trust — out of Montpelier (sort of) which does excellent investigative journalism and old “gum-shoe” reporting. Woodstock Early Bird looks to this Vermont site as a model for high-standard reporting on real issues and answers.
An Early Bird reports this morning that the Burlington Free Press has done an excellent job of round-up reporting of flooding:
And of course, on TV, unless they were only going “live”, expect to see scenes on NECN from our little town.
