FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, does not cover businesses for their losses such as those incurred by Tropical Storm Irene.
There are, however, many funding sources both at the State and Federal level that may be able to help Woodstock businesses in their recovery of both property and resources for other financial needs.
A meeting specifically for business owners to start them on THEIR process of financial recovery will be held Saturday at 9am at the Town Hall. That’s tomorrow morning. Town of Woodstock Manager Phil Swanson will be there and other sources for information.
