How does Woodstock Early Bird know that Fall Foliage season is here? It could be the massive traffic jam in town. Why, we’ve got three to four tour busses stopped or stopping at various locations and our wonderful visitors trying to cross the streets in front of all that wonderful Route 4 traffic PLUS plenty of construction vehicles in the mix. It’s just getting craaaazy.
