SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10/27/11 at approximately 15:53hrs the Hartford Police
Department executed a search warrant on a vehicle seized during an investigatory
traffic stop that had occurred the day prior. The warrant resulted in the seizure of approximately 5.67 pounds of marijuana. Investigation is ongoing and the operator’s name is being withheld until charges are brought.
