Woodstock Police Chief Robbie Blish has informed Woodstock Early Bird that a decision is still pending about whether or not any charges will be filed in the case of the Hasse Halley fatality on October 1st.
Blish reports that in conversations with Windsor County State Attorney Robert Sand he was asked if it might be relevant to get more answers with regards to some questions concerning medical conditions. Blish did not say if these questions are related to Halley’s medical conditions (if any) or that of the driver of the vehicle that hit her on the Rec Center Bridge. Blish said it is often helpful to have other eyes take a look at a report (as Sand has done) and point out some ways to make it more thorough.
In any case, Woodstock Early Bird will report if and when we have more news about this case.
