The annual South Woodstock Community Pageant is tomorrow at the South Woodstock Church, 4 P.M. This is a community event for one and all regardless of religious point-of-view. Organizers says it’s just another way to celebrate the season in this charming little hamlet.
Actually kinda’ a kick since local residents perform in the pageant and we might see talent never seen before!
Talent notwithstanding, head on over to the South Woodstock Fire House following the performance for a potluck dinner. Woodstock Early Bird contributor Christine Orcutt says, “If you’ve never been to this event it’s kinda’ cool. ”
The South Woodstock Church is located on Rt. 106 near the Kedron Valley Inn.

We (those of us who reside in South Woodstock) throw open our arms to one and all to join us today for this joyous celebration of the season. The service and meal following never fail to warm the spirit, to give much needed pause from all the rush, and to bring the community together. Everyone is most welcome. We would love to have you.
If you have a child or children who would like to be in the pageant, just come to the church an hour early! about 3 pm today, Sunday the 18th, and Michelle Fields will be there to fill you in! No lines to remember as we have a narrator. There are even teeny tiny animal costumes for the littlest ones.
