After a lengthy investigation Chadd Besaw was arrested at his workplace in
Washington County. Besaw, who is a 28 year old male, is accused of having sexual
relations with a 15 year old female in Quechee VT.
Besaw was arrested and will appear at the Windsor County Superior
Court at 1230 PM on 12/21/11. Conditions or release were placed on Besaw that do
not allow him to have contact with the victim or any other female under 16 years
old.
