SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On this date and time, Troopers stopped Adeljan G. Gjoni, who was operating his Jeep Grand Cherokee northbound on I-89 in the town of Sharon. Investigation revealed that Gjoni was operating his vehicle on a suspended license and was subsequently arrested and transported to the Royalton State Police Barracks for processing. He was released on citation to appear in Windsor District Court Criminal Division to answer to the charges.
