Have you noticed a particular “glow” or a particular proud smirk on any faces lately?
We hear from our very well-placed sources at Mon Vert Cafe that someone is starting to show a baby bump…and that a couple named Laura and Cameron are very excited to be EXPECTING!
Yes, “expecting” – is a euphemism for “preggers” or “havin’ a baby!” We are sure said bump will emerge from the womb speaking French (Grandma’s Dominique’s heritage) and knowing the difference between good and bad coffee. Prolly “Baby Bump” will be like, “Sheesh, Cam’s, could ya’ get me a triple espresso ’cause that was an intense nine months!” Also, while Laura enjoys a post-birth cocktail in August, no doubt “Baby Bump” will immediately demand a trip to Florida for a visit to the grandparents and some sunshine!
Oh, side note. Laura promises Woodstock Early Bird that, of course, “Baby Bump” will ALWAYS be well-behaved in Mon Vert Cafe and will NEVER be a screamer.
Of course not!
Young first-time expectant parents-to-be are so delusional, no? But, Woodstock Early Bird does appreciate the thought.

Hope Laura makes sure to keep “Baby Bump” well-fed with Lonnie’s fab cinnamon rolls, Cameron’s healthy salads and pizzas and oh, what the heck, a Bentley’s burger or two. Feeding for two, now, feeding for two!
