WEB Clarification: Woodstock Early Bird assumed the reason the Listen Center was mentioned in the below report was because that is where the accused found the papers. For those with questions, WCAX.com makes clear that was the case. The papers were found in a desk donated to the Listen Center. Bernaby was due to appear in court today (2/13/12)

    Hi Julia and all,
This type of incident report always gets me going, as in, where did the items get stolen from and why is it necessary to mention that he was a former employee of Listen, thus bringing that great institution’s name into the equasion for no reason. I could understand if the items were stolen from Listen. Thanks again for keeping us posted on this blog. I really appreciate it.

I agree with Carl, did someone leave them off at Listen not knowing and he seeing what they were took them home with him and sold them?
