Judge Boardman…Perhaps you miss your old job too much. WEB assumes you are not currently working as judge? If you still are then might we suggest the inappropriateness of weighing in on every police report. If you are not still working as a judge, then perhaps it is time to let those who now have your job be trusted to do it?
One would assume there was either permission given to search the property or a search warrant. One must trust that the Vermont State Police did their job. One must also trust that the attorneys and JUDGE in the case will make sure that the proper procedures were followed in order to properly prosecute the case.
If there is some wrongdoing on the part of the VSP that you know about it, then perhaps you might share it with the Court. If not, let’s give these guys a break! WEB
