The Hartford Fire Department is on scene at the Briggs Building in White River Junction as of 12pm.
A Woodstock Early Bird reports the fire alarm going off as she walked into the Tuckerbox Restaurant for a mocha and sent us this photo.
Water was apparently pouring out from a hydrant but no smoke or flames were detected.
The Hartford Fire Department is now letting people back into the building and is resetting all alarms.
