Hartland-Quechee Alcohol Poisoning Leads to Arrests

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 8/5/12 an unresponsive juvenile female was brought to the Hartford Fire Department by other teenagers. Hartford Police learned that she had just come from a residence on Quechee-Hartland Road. The juvenile was transported by ambulance to DHMC for acute alcohol poisoning. Police responded to the residence and discovered an underage drinking party. After investigation, officers arrested Thomas Taber for Possession of Marijuana and Michael Eldridge for Possession of Marijuana and Furnishing Alcohol to Minors. Fourteen subjects were referred to the Teen Alcohol Safety Program (TASP) for having consumed alcohol.
