Bentley’s: Presidential Debate Partay Wednesday @ 8pm-1030pm

In the hope that we can collectively congregate for a fun evening — without brawling — of Presidential Debate Watching, Woodstock Early Bird has reserved Bentley’s Restaurant side room for some political partaying this Wednesday evening starting at 8pm.

(Bentley’s — as always — reserves the right to eject any unruly citizens…If you must…take it to the streets and the watchful eye of WPD)

We suggest, that no matter your party affiliation, you come dressed either in RED, BLUE or PURPLE  OR as your favorite candidate and/or with your best campaign signage (no poking the opposition with said signage).

While we acknowledge our political differences, stop by, have a drink, something to eat and hang out.  The actual debate runs from 9pm to 10:30pm Eastern Time, but we’ll start the “Pre-Game” conclave @8pm.

We also figure that with Bentley’s new TV sets, we can simultaneously have your fave networks on for the “Pre-Game” and “Post-Game” SPIN — We counted FOUR TV’s in Bentley’s side room so figure Fox News, MSNBC and C-Span might work out nicely so that each “camp” can watch with their political brothers and sisters once the SHOW begins.

Anyone want to bring two scoreboards, we could post a running tally of “good ones” for each candidate. In case you didn’t know President Barack Obama will be debating Republican Presidential Nominee Mitt Romney in the first of several debates…

If you are just interested in seeing how the candidates do from the comfort of your barca-loungers (or futons, whatever…) here is the schedule of Obama-Romney Debates for October…
