On 10/27/12, at approximately 2130 hours, I stopped a vehicle for a motor vehicle violation. The passenger, who after giving a false was identified as Ryan Buckley, of Reading, Vermont. Buckley was found to be in violation of his court condition curfew. He was arrested and held on $1,000 bail.
