The United States Geological Survey reports a bit of a Quebec “shaker” – a 3.9 on the Richter scale — early this morning @ 4:19am. While Woodstock Early Bird hasn’t heard from any sensitive birds here, this USGS Shake Map Reports shows folks in Vermont and Northern New York — not to mention Montreal — DID feel the earth move:
