Rockingham Barracks

Date: November 7, 2012

Time: 8:27 AM

Location: Interstate 91 Weathersfield

Nature: Driving with a suspended license, Criminal.

Defendant: William Manson Age: 24 Address: Springfield Vt

Trooper: Graham

Narrative: A Trooper on patrol on Interstate 91 in Weathersfield observed a vehicle speeding and weaving in and out of traffic.

The trooper stopped the 2002 Hyandai Elantra and identified the operator as William Manson, 24, of Springfield Vt. When asked why he was driving the way he was the Trooper was told that the passenger in the car was late to court in White River Junction.

A check of Manson’s license status found that his license was under suspension for failing to pay fines, excessive points and driving a car without liability insurance. Due to six prior traffic tickets for driving with a suspended license this offense is now criminal.

He was issued a citation to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court to answer the charge. He was also issued a traffic ticket for changing lanes without using a directional.

They were allowed to continue on their trip as the passenger possessed a valid license.
