SUMMARY OF CRASH: On January 19, 2013, at approximately 00503 hours, the Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle rollover crash with no injuries on US RT 4 by Pico Pond Road in Killington, Vermont. 

Upon arrival Troopers observed a gray 2010 Honda Fit rolled over on its side in the westbound lane of traffic. 

The operator was Stephen Chicarello. The Honda had severe damage to the front end and driver’s side.  The Vermont State Police conducted an accident investigation and found that Chicarello at fault for driving too fast for roadway conditions, as the roadway was covered in snow, and failing to drive on the right side of the roadway, as he crossed the center line.
