Jonathan Ploski thought he had a problem wirh GIANT RACOONS getting into his garbage just about a quarter mile up Church Hill from the Village Green.
The garbage has gone inside and the bird feeder has come down now that Ploski realizes this is a bear and they are out foraging in his neighborhood.
Ploski’s home is just past Shurtleff Lane. This particular bear ran off when a human runner scared it away.

We have a bear getting in to our trash on Cox District Road as well!!! We immediately took down our bird feeder, and have seen this bear on our porch – 12 inches from our front door. It wasn’t scare of us at all….

He (or she) visited our yard last week on College Hill Rd. My husband got to see his first bear.
