Hartford Police say the driver of a Bernie and Phyl’s Furniture truck out of Massachusetts was probably driving too fast for conditions when he went off the road earlier this morning on Rt. 4.
There are no injuries to report and traffic is moving in the area of Scotland by the Yard.
