SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, Geoffrey Gilman went to the above address; he has property at that address that the state and Markowski Excavating was using as a staging area while they worked on Route 12. Gilman did not want his property being used. Gilman grabbed and pushed both Darling and Peer before other employees interfered. Gilman had been seen driving to the scene and it was determined that Gilman had been drinking. Gilman was transported back to the Royalton Barracks were he was processed for disorderly conduct and driving while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 11th at 08:00am.
