SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 24, 2013 the Southeastern Unit for Special Investigations launched an investigation after 6 year old female disclosed she was inappropriately touched.
After a thorough investigation, which included the Windsor County CAC and the Department of Child and Family services, David Bedell was arrested and processed at the Royalton State Police Barracks.

He was issued a citation to appear in Windsor County Superior Court Criminal Division on August 5, 2013 at 1 pm to answer to the crime of Lewd and Lascivious conduct with a child.

Due to the nature of the investigation, the name of the victim and any identifying information regarding the victim is being withheld. No other information is available at this time.
