SUMMARY OF CRASH: On August 18, 2013, at approximately 1211 hours, the Vermont State Police responded to a motorcycle crash with injuries on VT RT 100 in Killington, Vermont. Upon arrival Troopers observed a black 2007 Yamaha XVS1300CT on the side of the roadway. The operator was Paul Thornhill. Thornhill advised a vehicle traveling in the other direction crossed into his lane and he swerved to avoid the collision. He went off the road and was thrown from the motorcycle. Thornhill sustained a laceration his face and a possible rib injury. The Vermont State Police is asking if anyone has any information on the other vehicle involved to contact the Vermont State Police at Rutland, 802-773-9101.
