SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 19, 2013 at approximately 6:49 pm Woodstock Police received a report of a motor vehicle crash on Church Street just west of the Woodstock Green. The investigation revealed that the Accused William Comstock Jr struck 3 unoccupied parked vehicles. Comstock advised he was traveling west on church Street when he fell asleep at the wheel. Comstock’s vehicle came to rest with one tire on the sidewalk on the west side of Church Street. Damage is estimated to be in excess of $10,000.00. There were no reported injuries.
Comstock will be issued numerous traffic tickets.
