SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 8/21/2013 while on routine patrol troopers from the Royalton Barracks conducted a motor vehicle stop for a minor motor vehicle violation. Further investigation showed that the operator was driving while under the influence of alcohol.
David A. Thibodeau was taken to the Windsor Police Department for processing and released on a citation to appear in court at a later date.
