SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On February 1, 2013, at approximately 2354 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police were dispatched to the Wobbly Barn, located in Killington, Vermont, for a reported assault, whereas a patron assaulted a staff member.
Upon Troopers arrival they learned Randy Weeks was consuming alcohol within the bar, and began touching another female unknown to Weeks.
A Wobbly Barn employee witnessed the female’s disgust and approached the male and requested he leave.
After a brief struggle Wobbly Barn employees were able to remove Weeks from the establishment.
Once outside, without provocation Weeks hit one of the employee’s multiple times in the facial area.
The Wobbly Barn employee sustained a laceration to his chin, which he later sought medical attention for.
